Have been to other smokehouses and this just doesn't come close.
The meat had very little smoke flavour (the whole point of being a smokehouse).
The ribs I had were not soft, fall off the bone, I've had better ribs at the pub.
The burnt ends on their menu is just not how burnt ends should be, they came out as little cubes of "meat" and they had been deep fried!!! These are not authentic burnt ends. Also having booked 2 months in advance you would think I would have had a decent table, the downfall of being a table for two I guess, put on a tiny table at the end of the restaurant.
If you want a real smokehouse then travel to London, this place isn't a patch on big easy.
